We use both courier service and Royal Mail for shipping and will notify you which service has been used to deliver your goods in our despatch confirmation email.  All deliveries sent via courier must be signed for on receipt.

Please note

For next day delivery, orders must be received by 1.00pm and will then be delivered the following day anytime up to 5.30pm.  Next day does not apply to Saturdays and bank holidays, but the next available working day.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then please return your goods to us in its original packaging and in the condition you received it within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund less the postage.
